Terms, Conditions, Rental Agreement & Legislation

Hypervision are an “electronic equipment and camera hire” company. We are not Security or Investigation Agents. We do not offer security or surveillance advice. Our cameras are available for "Dry Hire" or “On Site Management” and we specialise in "Construction Camera Kit Rental".
This may include 24 hour monitoring of building progress and the authorised movement of machines, equipment and persons on site. Kits may also include theft deterrents, decoys, signs and lights.
It is acceptable for a renter to use a rental camera for any legal purpose under our rental agreement.
There is no limitation (except privacy) placed on clients on how a rental camera is to be used.
The supply of a camera as described above, does not trigger the “Security and Investigation Industry Act 1995” and/or “Security and Investigation Industry Regulations 2011”.

The following document forms the basis for terms and conditions and/ or rental agreement for the supply of equipment. In the event a "Surveillance System" is being supplied as defined in the Security and Investigation Industry Act 1995, a different set of terms and conditions may be applicable. INSURANCE
Hire equipment does not include insurance and should be listed on your own site policies or contents.
If you paid for HYPERVISION insurance with your equipment, please see the following terms and conditions:

Equipment Insurance covers damage or theft of actual hire equipment only. Insurance does not cover any third party damages as per terms & conditions.
Insurance cost:

Standard: 18% of Hire

High Risk: 33% of Hire

Remote: 25% of Hire
Standard Excess:

Trailers $1100 + Camera Excess

Remote Excess $250 + Standard Excess
In the event of theft or damage, Hypervision will either:
A] Replace equipment (Upon payment of equipment or excess) or
B] Collect Equipment from site upon receipt of excess or invoice and a Police Report number. (within 14 days)
