You can expect the average cctv camera in an outdoor building site to need servicing at least 2- 3 times per year! Our licensed technicians are from SA and live in SA!

Software
Cameras require constant software upgrading and 4G battery cameras do
not auto upgrade! They require pro-active researching to ascertain what's available and how software is installed. This can happen up to 6 times per year! Anytime there is an IOS, Android or Windows update, this can change outcomes for cameras. But worse! Sometimes it's a matter of stopping an upgrade! It's not unheard of for manufacturers to "push" an upgrade, only to find your cameras now do not perform like they did or stop working the same way.

4G range is not always suitable for many sites and we partner with all the TELCOs to make sure range is not an issue. In the life of a camera, it may go through 5 SIM cards and 2 or 3 TELCOS!
